After more than 25 years in investment banking and nearly 8 years of private equity investing, Laurence joined Eden as President in 2025.  Prior to Eden, he served as Managing Director at Onex Partners, a private equity firm, where he established and led the technology effort. Previously, Laurence served as the Global Head of Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking at Barclays for nine years, where he oversaw a team of nearly 200 executives and advised on numerous high-profile mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and IPOs. Before Barclays, he was the Head of Technology investment banking at Lehman Brothers and a Managing Director in the technology group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Over the course of his career, Laurence has partnered with some of the most important technology businesses of this generation.
