Alberto joined Eden in 2024 and has been focused on AI, AI Infrastructure, Defense and Industrial Technology.
Previously, Alberto was Vice Chairman for the Americas, Global Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup. Alberto brings to Eden over three decades of M&A advisory, capital raising and operational experience. Alberto has advised on more than $250 billion of M&A volume across sectors and geographies, and raised significant capital for clients in the public and private markets. Before joining Citigroup, Alberto spent 10 years at J.P. Morgan in the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
He is an investor and a Board Advisor at MegaFlux.
