David is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Eden. London-born and New York-based, he has spent his career at the intersection of exceptional companies and the world’s most sophisticated pools of capital. A trusted adviser to founders, CEOs and boards, David has helped shape and finance some of the most consequential businesses of their generation, while building one of the industry’s most powerful global networks of capital including sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, family investment firms and other long-term institutional investors.

Before founding Eden, David was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he created and built the Private Capital Group within the Investment Banking Division. Under his leadership, it became the firm’s global platform for all transaction-related activity with the world’s leading long-term oriented investors.

David began his career as an entrepreneur, founding and leading SenTech, an Asia-based services company, from inception through its successful sale to G4S.
