David Dwek, Chief Executive Officer
London-born, New York-based
David was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he built and ran the Private Capital Group in their Investment Banking Division. This group led all deal-related activity globally, with family investment firms, listed investment companies, sovereign wealth funds, and pension plans.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, David was based in Asia, where he was the Founder and CEO of a Pan-Asian Business Services company, SenTech, which he sold to an Anglo Danish Conglomerate.

He started his career in Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Debt Capital Markets Group.

Aviram Kalev

In 2013, Aviram founded Wishtree Capital Advisors, an Israel-based advisory firm focused on cross border private financing transactions.
Prior to founding Wishtree Capital, Aviram was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and earlier in his career a Managing Director at Clal Finance, one of Israel’s largest financial institutions, where he headed the international investment banking arm of the group.

Brandon Kaufmann

Prior to joining Eden, Brandon worked in startup product and operations at Stripe, and before that, worked at Facebook, leading the revenue forecasting team for the core Facebook app.
Brandon started his career in Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley in Palo Alto, helping with advisory and execution of IPO, follow-on equity, and private placement transactions for technology companies globally.

Reuben Kopel

Before joining Eden, Reuben was a Partner and General Counsel at Owl Creek Asset Management, where he oversaw all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions for the firm.
Prior to joining Owl Creek, Reuben was Special Counsel and Associate at Baker Botts LLP, and earlier in his career, served as a Vice-President and Counsel at Oppenheimer Asset Management. Reuben began his career as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
