Saul Nathan

Saul Nathan is a Senior Advisor and provides strategic, investment and corporate counsel to the firm and its clients.

He has 40 years’ experience in global financial services as a trusted, strategic advisor, innovator, and mentor. His 30-year career at Morgan Stanley spanned capital markets and investment banking in London, Tokyo and New York, where he was latterly Chair of Global Capital Markets across EMEA and Global Chair of the Financial Sponsors Group, businesses he had helped create and grow over his career. Thereafter, he was a Partner at BDT Capital Partners, where he advised closely held businesses and made principal investments.

He serves as a Senior Advisor to Strategic Value Partners, a global opportunistic credit and private equity firm; and Soho Square Capital, a mid-market European structured capital investor. Saul is an Advisor to Model ML, a leading agentic AI solution provider for the financial services industry. He is an active early-stage investor and mentor to founders.
