Eden Global Partners Welcomes Constance Deng as Managing Director, Investments

Addition of seasoned growth and venture capital investor to enhance Eden’s investment team

NEW YORK, October 13, 2026 – Eden Global Partners (“Eden” or “the Firm”), a merchant bank that specializes in providing long-term capital solutions, today announced that Constance Deng has joined the Firm as Managing Director, Investments. Based in the Firm’s New York headquarters, Ms. Deng will focus on identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities across sectors, leveraging her deep experience in venture and growth capital investing.

Ms. Deng joins Eden after spending more than a decade in the investment community. Most recently, Ms. Deng was an Associate Director within the Venture Investments Group of Emerson Collective where she was responsible for sourcing and executing multi-stage technology investments and providing ongoing support to portfolio companies. Over the course of her time at Emerson, Ms. Deng led or supported more than 50 investments in high growth businesses.

Prior to Emerson Collective, Ms. Deng was a Venture Capital Associate focused on technology investments at Pritzker Group. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Account Manager at YCharts, a financial research and analysis platform for asset managers, and a Global Retirement Strategy Analyst at BlackRock. She holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Linguistics from Duke University.

Former BlackRock Director to help manage and grow network of institutional and LP relationships

NEW YORK, October 5, 2026 — Eden Global Partners (“Eden” or “the Firm”), a merchant bank that specializes in providing long-term capital solutions, today announced that Erica Harriton has joined the Firm as Principal, Investor Coverage. Based in the Firm’s New York headquarters, Ms. Harriton will oversee Eden’s investor coverage function, focused on capital formation, investor communications and relationship management with current and prospective partners.

Ms. Harriton brings nearly a decade of institutional relationship management and strategic leadership experience. She joins Eden from BlackRock’s Institutional Client Business where she was most recently a Director on the Family Office, Foundations and Endowments team. In that role, she was responsible for developing and growing family capital relationships and driving capital formation across BlackRock’s platform. Over her nine-year tenure at BlackRock, she held a series of senior roles spanning large corporate and public pensions, insurance client strategy and corporate strategy, helping to shape and deliver against the firm’s long-term ambitions.

Veteran healthcare technology banker to lead Eden Global’s healthcare group

NEW YORK, September 28, 2026 — Eden Global Partners (“Eden” or “the Firm”), a merchant bank that specializes in providing long-term capital solutions, today announced that Amy Chen has joined the firm as Managing Director, Healthcare. Based in the Firm’s New York headquarters, Ms. Chen will leverage her extensive network of founder, CEO and private capital relationships to source, advise on and lead the execution of compelling long-term investment opportunities in the healthcare space that align with Eden’s focus on building enduring partnerships with great companies.

Ms. Chen joins Eden with almost two decades of investment banking experience and has advised on transactions totaling over $75 billion of enterprise value. Most recently, Ms. Chen served as Managing Director, Healthcare Technology at Moelis & Company. In her prior role, Ms. Chen led senior coverage of the healthcare technology sector, with a focus on M&A and strategic transactions for technology and tech-enabled services companies serving the healthcare provider, healthcare payer and life science end markets. In 2022, she was named a Rising Star of Wall Street by Business Insider.
