Joel Alsfine is a Senior Advisor to Eden and the Chief Investment Officer of Rugger Management LLC, a single-family office focused on making direct investments and partnering with exceptional asset managers. Until December 2020, Mr. Alsfine was a Partner at MSD Capital LP (MSD), the investment firm that managed the capital of Michael Dell and his family. Before joining MSD, Joel worked at TG Capital Corp and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Alsfine sits on the boards of Asbury Automotive Group (Ticker ABG) and Life Time Group Holdings Inc. (Ticker LTH).
