Francesca Marshall-Moran

Francesca joined Eden in 2024 and has since worked with transformational companies across the fintech, clean tech, industrial tech, and consumer healthcare sectors. She brings over a decade of experience in strategic advisory, capital raising, and M&A to the firm.

Previously, Francesca worked at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Consumer & Retail Investment Banking groups, where she led advisory and execution of M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and private placement transactions. She started her career at a NYC-based technology start-up and in financial services consulting at PwC.
